Description

No objection certificate of digging or settlement of land for working companies in the emirate regarding to roads and land.

Required Documents

1. A letter from the company's addressed to the Public Works and Services Department + a copy of the company's license + a copy of Site Map
   

Procedures

1. The client heads to the reception to inquire about the service
   
2. The concerned section (Administration) will review the documents.
   
3. The client heads to the fund to pay fees.
   
4. The client will submit the payment receipt and documents to the Administrative affairs section to complete the transaction.
   
5. The receipt will be attached with the application and all documents to the financial affairs office for approval.
   
6. Copy all documents and handing the application to the client.
